Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me for an Age Violation

I have been banned from Umingle just now after being asked by a stranger to type “m15” in the chat, without knowing what it meant. Immediately after I sent that message, my account was banned. On the ban screen, it says the reason is “Under 18” and it offers an “Instant Unban” for Rp39,900. I am an adult and I did not violate any age rule knowingly. I was simply following what another user asked me to type, without understanding that it could be interpreted as an underage reference or as a violation of the platform’s rules. I find it unfair that I was instantly banned and that the only option shown is to pay to have my account unbanned, especially when I did not intentionally break any rules. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned without payment, and that any record showing that I am under 18 be corrected, as this is not true. I expect Umingle to investigate this incident, consider the context in which I wrote “m15”, and restore my account access so that I can continue using the service.
