Umingle Wrongly Banned Under 18

I have been using Umingle through its website, and my account has recently been banned with the reason stated as “Under 18.” This is not correct, because I am 20 years old and therefore over the age limit required to use the platform. When I try to log in, I see a message saying that I am banned for being under 18 and that I have to pay Rp39,900 to remove the ban. I find it unfair and unacceptable that my account is blocked with a wrong age assessment and that I am asked to make a payment to regain access. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed, that my age information be correctly taken into account, the ban on my account be removed without any payment, and my access to the website be restored.
