I am a user from the Philippines and my Umingle account on the website was banned on 9 September 2026 with the reason shown as “under 18”, even though I am not a minor. The site shows a “You are banned – reason: Under 18” message and asks for 149 Philippine pesos to lift the ban. I am requesting that my age be verified properly and that my account be reactivated without requiring any payment to remove this “under age” ban, since I am over 18 and the ban reason is incorrect.
