I Want To Unban My Umingle Account

I have been using the Umingle dating site from the Philippines and today I suddenly received a message on the website saying “You are banned”, with Ban ID 443f079e and “Reason: Under 18”. I am actually 21 years old and I did not enter any age or personal information into the platform, so this ban reason is incorrect. On the same screen Umingle is asking me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I find it unfair and suspicious that I am being asked to pay money just to get unbanned when I have not broken any rules and I am not underage. I have not made any payment and I do not want to pay to use my account again. I request that my account be unbanned immediately without any payment and that this “under 18” flag be removed from my profile, since I am 21 years old. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was banned and why I was asked to pay to remove the ban.
