Umingle Account Wrongly Banned as Under 18 Despite Being 24 Years Old

My Umingle account linked to the email address arvinjaym***@gmail.com was unfairly banned today on the grounds that I am “under 18.” I am in fact 24 years old, so this ban reason is incorrect and has caused me to lose access to my account without justification. On the ban screen, it shows a “You are banned” message with the reason listed as “Under 18” and a Ban ID, and even offers to instantly lift the ban in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos. I find it very concerning that access to my account is being restricted based on false age information and that the proposed solution is to pay money instead of properly verifying my age. I request that my account be reviewed, my correct age (24) be taken into account, and my account be reactivated without any payment requirement. I also ask that my age information be corrected in your system so that this problem does not occur again.
