Umingle! Unban Me Please!
Today my Umingle account was banned with the reason stated as “explicit messages.” On the screen it says “You are banned” and offers to remove the ban only if I pay $9.99. I believe this ban is unfair because all I wrote was the word “rizz” which is not an explicit or sexual term. I did not send any nude, sexual or clearly inappropriate content that would justify such a sanction, and there was no prior warning or clear explanation before this permanent-looking ban was applied. I request that my account be re‑examined in detail, the chat records for the related time period be checked, and my account be unbanned without forcing me to make any payment. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why the system classified my message as “explicit” and for your filters and moderation to be reviewed so that users are not unfairly banned for harmless words.
