Umingle Blocked My Account Without Warning, Request Review And Recovery

I have been using Umingle and on [last night at around 4:00 a.m.] I suddenly received a “You are banned” screen stating that my account was banned for “explicit messages.” This decision came as a surprise to me and I do not agree with the reason given for the ban. On the same screen, Umingle is offering an “Instant Unban” option for 9.99 USD via credit card payment. I find it unfair and inappropriate that I am being asked to pay money to have my account unbanned without a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong or a proper review of my account activity. I request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted without any payment requirement if no clear and justified violation can be shown. I would also like a transparent explanation of which specific messages allegedly violated the rules and under which terms of service this ban was applied.
