Disputing Paid 99 INR "Instant Unban" Charges on Umingle
I have an account on the Umingle website and today I saw that my account is banned due to so‑called “explicit messages”. I have not been using the platform actively for a while and the last time I remember using my account was about three days ago, and at that time I did not send any explicit or inappropriate messages. When I log in, the system shows a ban screen and offers an “Instant Unban” option only if I pay 99 Rupees. I find it unacceptable that my account is blocked with this accusation without any explanation or proof, and that I am being asked to pay money to remove the ban. I request that my account and message history be reviewed in detail, that the unjust ban on my account be lifted without any payment request, and that I be informed about what caused this situation. I expect my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and this issue to be resolved fairly.
