Unreasonable Ban For Inappropriate Content- Umingle

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned while I was using the Android app. When I now try to access my account, a screen appears saying “You are banned” with a Ban ID shown and a reason of “Explicit messages.” On the same screen, I am asked to pay around 9.99–10 USD for an “Instant Unban.” I did not send any explicit or sexual messages. The only thing I wrote to another user was that I was not going to participate in any sexual activity, and I expressed this in a clear and appropriate way. Despite this, my account was immediately banned and categorized as if I had sent explicit content, which I find unfair and misleading. I have already contacted Umingle support by email, but as of now I have not received any response. I am very uncomfortable with being asked to pay money to remove a ban that I believe is unjust and based on a wrong evaluation of my message. I request that my account be reviewed manually, that the ban be lifted without any payment, and that any “Instant Unban” fee related to this ban be canceled. I also ask to be informed in detail about why my message was considered “explicit” despite clearly refusing sexual activity.
