Umingle Demands ₹99 Fee to Unban Account Over Alleged Explicit Messages

My Umingle.com account was banned yesterday. When I tried to log in, I saw a “You are banned” warning with the reason written as “Explicit messages”. On the same screen, the site offers an “Instant Unban” option for 99 Rupees. I do not find it right that I have to pay money to remove the ban. I was not given a clear explanation of which messages allegedly violated the rules. I request that my account be reviewed in a fair way without any payment request, that the ban be removed if there is no valid reason, and that I be informed clearly about the decision.
