Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me – Request Review And Free Reactivation

My regular user account on Umingle was suddenly banned today by the automatic system for “explicit messages,” and I believe this is a clear mistake. The only phrase I wrote that might have triggered the filter was “give me a show,” which I used innocently to ask another user to share a talent or joke, not anything sexual or inappropriate. I did not send explicit content, sexual messages, or any other messages that would violate the community guidelines. Despite this, my account was blocked, and I now see a screen saying I am banned for “Explicit messages” with a Ban ID of 2bd85acd and an option to pay 9.99 USD to remove the ban. I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay to lift an unjust ban caused by a misunderstanding of context. I kindly request that a human moderator manually review my chat logs around the time of the ban and confirm that I did not send explicit or inappropriate content. I ask that my account access be restored without any payment, and that this Ban ID 2bd85acd be cleared from my record, as the automatic filter appears to have misinterpreted my words.
