Umingle Support Help

I have been using Umingle and a few days ago I tried to complete the video chat verification process. During this process I received a “verification denied” type of message and was instructed to contact Umingle, but when I followed this instruction and tried again, the verification still did not work and continued to be denied. As a result of this situation my account is currently blocked and I am unable to use the video chat feature or access my account properly. I have tried to follow the directions given on the screen but the problem has not been resolved. I request that my Umingle account be checked as soon as possible, my verification be approved if there is no valid reason for refusal, and my account be unblocked so that I can continue to use the service.
