This complaint is regarding a problem I have been experiencing with my Umingle account on the website. My account has been incorrectly flagged as under 18, even though I'm over 18, and I'm now unable to access my account. For the last 3–4 days, when I try to use the Umingle website I see a blocked screen with the message “Age Verification Denied” stating that Umingle is only for users who are 18 and above. The system does not offer me any option to verify or re-verify my age, so my account stuck in a verification loop that I cannot resolve on my own. I kindly request that you immediately reset this age verification loop, restore my access to my account, and provide a way for me to verify my age properly. My Reference ID is 35016c8e.
