Umingle Account Incorrectly Banned For Being Underage

I am writing about an unjust underage ban applied to my Umingle video chatting account a few hours ago. Although the system has flagged me as underage, I am not underage and this restriction is incorrect. As soon as I realized I was banned, I contacted Umingle support by email and explained that I am over the minimum age. However, I have not received any response so far, and my access to the service is still blocked. I request that my age be verified by any appropriate method and that my ban be lifted so that I can use my account again. I expect my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and the underage flag on my profile to be removed.
