Umingle Permanent Ban for Gender Question

I have been using the Umingle web platform, and on 4 September at around 7:23 PM my account was suddenly banned. The only thing I did before the ban was to ask the other user if they were a boy, out of simple curiosity. Right after that, my account was banned with the stated reason “gender searching”. I did not insult, threaten, harass, or behave in any inappropriate way; I only asked a basic question about gender. I believe this is not a valid reason for a permanent ban and that the decision is unfair. When I try to log back in, I see a pop‑up stating that my account is banned and offering an “Instant Unban” for ₱149, which looks like I am being forced to pay to regain access. I request that my account be reactivated without any payment or additional fee, and that this ban be removed from my record, since I did not violate the rules intentionally. I also ask for a clear explanation of why such a simple question is considered “gender searching” severe enough to cause a ban, and for my account to be restored as soon as possible.
