Umingle banned me before I even used the service
I tried to use Umingle through the web browser for the first time, but as soon as I accessed the site I was met with a screen saying that my account was banned for “gender searching” and that I had to pay “Instant Unban: ₱149” to remove the ban. I have never used Umingle before and I have not done any gender searching or similar action on the platform. I believe this ban may be based on my IP address and, if that is the case, it may be caused by someone else who used the same IP before me. In any case, I have personally not violated any rule and I find it unfair that I am asked to pay to get unbanned before I can even use the service. I request that my ban be removed without any payment, that my account or IP be cleared from this penalty, and that I be allowed to use Umingle normally. If needed, you can check the Ban ID shown on the ban screen for reference.
