Umingle Banned My Account for “Gender Searching” – Unfair Ban

I have been using the Umingle website and a few minutes ago my account was suddenly banned. On the screen I saw the message “You are banned” along with a ban ID a4eb53d8 and the reason stated as “Gender Searching” with an offer to remove the ban for 9.99 CAD. The message said that I was banned for asking for gender, and the only thing I wrote was “are you girl or boy.” I did not insult, threaten, harass or behave in any hateful way; I simply asked the other person’s gender. I find it very unfair that such a simple question leads to a full ban and that I am then asked to pay to remove it. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement, that this ban and its record be removed from my account, and that my access to the website be restored as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this question violates the rules and how I can avoid such issues in the future.
