Umingle Ban Because Of Gender Searching

I was recently banned from Umingle for “gender searching” and received an on-screen message stating that my account is banned and can only be unbanned if I pay ₱149 by credit card. I did not know that gender searching was against the rules on Umingle, and I do not remember seeing any clear warning about this beforehand. I believe a permanent ban and forcing a payment to unban the account is an unfair punishment for something I did not know was forbidden. I also do not have the money to pay this amount just to access my account again. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated without any payment requirement and that the ban be removed. I also ask that you clearly explain the rule about gender searching inside the app so that users are properly informed in advance.
