Umingle Paid Unban Is Unfair After My First Violation

My Umengle account has been banned for a week (Ban ID: cb994754) for “gender searching.” The app says I must pay 149 PHP to remove the ban, but I do not have any payment account and cannot afford this. I accept that asking for gender may be against your rules, but I think it is unfair that the only option is to pay money. I am willing to follow all rules and not repeat this behavior. I kindly request that you remove the ban on my account without any payment, or at least review my case and offer a fair solution.
