Umingle Banned My Account By Mistake, Request Unban And Recovery

I have been using Umingle and my account was suddenly banned two days ago. On the ban screen, it says that the reason is “Gender Searching” with Ban ID 3055976a, and it offers to remove the ban instantly for 149 Philippine Pesos. I believe this ban is a mistake because I did not use the platform in an abusive or harmful way. I find it very unfair that my access to the service has been blocked and that I am being asked to pay in order to have the ban lifted. I request that my account be checked in detail, the ban be removed as soon as possible, and that I be allowed to continue using Umingle Random Chat without having to make any payment for this.
