Umingle IP and Account Banned for False Gender Searching Claim

I am writing to complain about the sudden ban imposed on my IP address/account on Umingle.com. This ban was applied yesterday without any valid reason or clear explanation, even though I did not violate any of the platform’s rules. When I tried to use the site, I received a message stating that I was “gender searching.” This is not true and I have never engaged in such behavior on Umingle. I have always tried to use the platform properly and respectfully, in line with the terms and conditions. Because of this situation, I can no longer access my account or the service. I use the email address jaymacab***@gmail.com for my Umingle account, and I kindly request that you review my case carefully. I ask that you remove the ban on my account and/or IP address and restore my access to the platform, or provide a clear and detailed explanation of why this ban was applied if you believe there is evidence of any violation. I expect this matter to be investigated fairly and resolved as soon as possible, as the current ban is unjust and has restricted my access without proper proof.
