Always Getting Banned From Umingle

I am writing regarding my Umingle website account, which keeps getting banned every time I use the platform with the accusation of “gender searching” even though I am not engaging in this behavior. This repeated situation prevents me from using my account properly and makes it impossible to benefit from the service. Up to now, I have not been able to use Umingle without eventually being banned for the same reason, and I have not yet contacted support directly about this issue. I believe there is either an error in the system or a misunderstanding in how my activity is being evaluated, because I am repeatedly banned for something I am not doing. My expectation from Umingle is that my account usage is checked carefully and that I am not automatically banned without a proper review. If there is any issue, I would like to receive a warning and a clear explanation first instead of an immediate ban, and I want to be able to use Umingle without being unfairly suspended again and again.
