Umingle Wrongful Ban For Gender Searching

I am writing about my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned last night. When I try to log in, the app states that I am banned for “gender searching,” but I did not engage in gender searching or any behavior that I am aware of that would violate the platform’s rules. The ban notification shows the following Ban ID: d830fad2. I had been using Umingle off and on before this incident and had no prior issues with my account. After the ban, I tried to resolve the situation but I am unable to contact support through the usual channels, so I have no way to explain my side or ask for a review from within the app. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed and that the ban be removed, as I believe this decision was made in error. I would like my account fully restored so I can continue using the service under the existing rules.
