Umingle Guest User Banned for Alleged Gender Searching Without Explanation

I have been using the Umingle website as a guest user and my access has been banned for allegedly “gender searching”. My account has been blocked for approximately one month, but I do not know exactly what action triggered this ban or how it was detected. Since I use Umingle as a guest account, I do not have a registered username or email to log in with, so I am unable to check any further details or appeal the decision from within the platform. I have also not yet been able to contact support directly about this issue. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and that my access to Umingle be reactivated. If I have unintentionally violated a rule, I would like to be informed clearly about what the violation was so that I can comply fully with the platform’s rules in the future.
