Complaint About Umingle Account Ban

I am writing to report that my Umingle website account was banned unfairly and I would like this situation to be reviewed urgently. About 30 minutes ago, when I tried to log in, I saw a message stating that I was banned for “gender searching.” However, I have never engaged in gender searching or any behavior that violates Umingle’s rules. I have not been given any clear explanation or evidence about what I allegedly did wrong, and there is no visible support e‑mail to contact the company directly. Being suddenly banned without any actual violation is both upsetting and unfair, especially when I am sure that I followed the platform’s rules. I kindly request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the ban be removed, as I did not violate any rules. I also ask that this decision be reviewed carefully and that I be informed clearly about the reason for the ban so that such a mistake does not happen again.
