Umingle Instant Unban Fee

While using my Umingle account, I was suddenly banned while I was only messaging other users. On the screen it says “You are banned”, shows Ban ID 055ae894 and states the reason as “Gender Searching”. I did not intend to violate any rule and I believe this ban was applied unfairly. Additionally, on the same screen there is an “Instant Unban” option asking for a payment of 34.99 SAR to remove the ban. I find it wrong to be asked to pay money to regain access to my account when I have not knowingly done anything against the rules. I kindly request that my ban be lifted without any payment, that my account be reinstated as before, and that I be informed clearly about what exactly I allegedly did wrong.
