Umingle Ban for Asking “F or M” – Unban Request

Today I was instantly banned on Umingle while using the website. I was only asking the other person’s gender, such as “f or m” when the system suddenly blocked me and showed a ban screen. On that screen it says “Ban ID: ae6349b8” and “Reason: Gender Searching” and it also offers an “Instant Unban” only if I pay 29.99 AED. I find it unfair to be banned just for asking someone’s gender in this way, especially when no warning was shown beforehand and the only option offered is to pay money to remove the ban. I have not been informed clearly about which rule I supposedly violated and I have not been given any free appeal or review option. I request that my ban on Umingle be lifted without any payment requirement, that my account and access be restored, and that I be given a clear explanation of why this ban was applied and how similar situations will be handled more fairly in the future.
