I was recently banned from Umingle while using it on a web browser, with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” My account was banned just one day ago. I was not aware that asking someone’s gender was against the rules, especially since I was also being asked about my own gender, and I responded in the same way. I did not intend to violate any guidelines and I sincerely apologize if I broke a rule unknowingly. My biggest concern is that I am being asked to pay 99 for an instant unban. I do not want to pay for this; instead, I am asking for a fair review of my situation and for my account to be unbanned without any payment. Since I used Umingle without a login, I do not have an email or username to refer to, but I would like my ban to be checked based on my device and recent activity. I kindly request that you review the ban on my account, clarify whether it is temporary or permanent, and lift it if possible, considering that this was an unintentional mistake. I am ready to follow all the rules carefully from now on and I would appreciate it if you could restore my access without requiring a paid “instant unban.”
