Umingle Instant Unban Demands Rp39,900 After Account Ban

My Umingle account was suddenly suspended today, and when I tried to log in I saw a “You are banned” message with the reason written as “Gender Searching” and a Ban ID of 54bc1b86. Right after that, the site showed an “Instant Unban” option asking for a payment of Rp39,900 to unlock my account. All I did was ask another user about their gender; I did not harass, insult or threaten anyone, and I believe this does not justify a full ban or forcing me to pay money just to regain access. I was not warned beforehand, and I did not receive any clear explanation from Umingle about why this is considered such a serious violation. I request that my account be unsuspended without any payment request and that this ban be reviewed fairly, considering that I only asked about gender and did not intend to harm or disturb anyone. I also ask for a clear explanation of which exact rule I allegedly broke and for this “Instant Unban” payment demand to be removed from my account.
