Unban Me From Umingle

This morning I tried to use the Umingle website and suddenly saw a message saying “You are banned” with a ban ID and the reason “Gender Searching”. I did not know that such a ban could happen and I was not gender searching. Many of the people I encountered asked me about gender, but I did not ask them, so I do not think I violated the rules in any way that would justify a permanent ban. I find it unfair that my account was blocked without a proper warning or detailed explanation. On the same screen, Umingle offers “Instant Unban” for a $9.99 payment. I have never paid Umingle any money before and I do not think it is right to be forced to pay to remove a ban that I believe is unjustified. I also could not find any clear support channel to submit an appeal or get information about this decision. I request that my Umingle website ban be removed without any payment and that my account be reactivated. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned and for Umingle to ensure that users are not unfairly banned or pushed to pay for unban in similar situations.
