Umingle Instant Ban for M16 Prank – Remove My Ban

I am writing about my Umingle account being wrongfully banned on the website today at around 10:40. While using the site, a stranger, who seemed friendly, asked me to type “M16” in the chat. I did so without knowing that this would result in my account or device being banned. Right after that, I received a message saying that I was banned, and a payment window appeared asking for 149 Philippine Pesos to open my account again. I did not violate any rules intentionally and I was not informed that typing this word would cause a ban or trigger any payment request. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment, and that any restriction placed on my device or account be removed, since I was misled by another user and had no malicious intent.
