Umingle Instant Ban for F13 Prank – Remove My Ban

I am writing regarding an unfair ban applied to my Umingle account today. I was pranked by someone who told me to type “F13”, and right after I did this, my account was instantly banned. When I now try to use Umingle, I see a screen that clearly says “You are banned” with a Ban ID and an offer to instantly remove the ban in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos. I was never warned beforehand that typing this would violate any rule or protocol, and I was not aware that this action could lead to a ban. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment, and that this ban be removed from my record, as it was triggered by a prank and not by any intention to break the rules. I also ask for clear information on which specific rule I supposedly violated, and that future users are properly warned about such actions instead of being immediately forced to pay to regain access.
