Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me as Under 18 – Request Free Account Reactivation
A few days ago my Umingle website account was suddenly banned with the explanation that I am under 18. On the ban screen I also saw an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos, which I find unfair and inappropriate. I want a clear response to my appeal because I believe I did not violate any rules or affect the safety of other users on the website. I was banned because other users tricked me into typing “M16” in the chat by saying that there would be pop‑up effects. They were using an iPad and showed me interactive effects with hand signs, so I trusted them when they instructed me to type “M16”. I did not intend any harm and did not want to cause any harm at all, and I have been following all rules according to the site’s guidelines. I am already 19 years old, so I do not violate the age rules. For these reasons, I believe the ban decision is false and should be voided. I request that my account be unbanned without requiring any payment and that I receive a clear written response to my appeal as soon as possible.
