Umingle Banned My Account Unfairly, I Request Free Account Restoration

I use the Umingle application on iOS and my account was suddenly banned in a way that I find very unfair. Another user told me in the chat, “try typing this word sis,” and because I did not know what it meant, I typed the word “M13.” Right after that my account was banned. I was not given any clear warning in advance that typing this word would lead to a ban, and I did not intend to violate any rules. When I tried to log back in, the app showed a “You are banned” message and an “Instant Unban” section asking me to pay 149 pesos so that my ban can be removed. I find it unacceptable to be misled by another user into typing a word and then be forced to pay in order to regain access to my account, especially without any proper review or explanation. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment being required and that this incident be investigated, because I was tricked into typing the word and did not knowingly break the rules. I kindly ask you to restore my account access as soon as possible.
