Umingle Banned My Account After Typing M16 Without Warning

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today with my Umingle account on the website. At around 5:10 p.m. Philippine time, I was instantly banned right after I typed “M16” which some other users on the platform had instructed me to type. There was no prior warning or clear explanation given before the ban took effect. I believe this ban is unfair because I only followed what other users were suggesting and I did not receive any information about this being against the rules. I was not trying to violate any guidelines, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that any record of this ban be removed from my account. I also ask Umingle to provide a clear explanation of what rule was violated so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
