Umingle Banned Our IP Address After We Were Tricked by a Stranger

I am writing regarding an access problem I have just experienced on Umingle. A few minutes ago, while using Umingle in the Philippines, a stranger told us to type “M16”. After doing this, our entire IP address was suddenly banned from the platform, and we can no longer access Umingle at all. We did not intend to violate any rules or misuse the platform; we were misled by someone else and did not know this would cause an IP ban. We have not yet been able to contact support through any other channel and are therefore explaining the situation here. I kindly request that our IP address be unbanned and that our access to Umingle be restored, as we would like to continue using the service normally. I also ask that you review this case in light of the fact that we were tricked by a stranger and had no malicious intent. I would appreciate your help and a response as soon as possible.
