Complaint To Umingle About Ban

Today my Umingle account on the website stopped working and I received a message saying “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and a Ban ID “811933da”. I am not a minor; I am 19 years old, born on 9 July 2007. The message also shows an option to pay 79.99 EGP to have the ban removed, which I find unfair and misleading because the ban reason itself is incorrect. I could not find any customer service or support channel on Umingle to explain that my age is over 18, so I am stuck with this ban even though I meet the age requirement. I have never tried to misrepresent my age on the platform. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed and immediately unbanned without any payment request, and that this wrongful age‑related ban be removed from my account.
