Umingle Banned My Account Despite Being 19 And Demands Payment

I am writing regarding my Umingle account with the ID 98643***. Although I am 19 years old, the system is treating me as if I am under 18 and my account has been banned for this reason. Today I was informed on the site that I would need to pay money in order to lift this ban. I have not made any payment and I do not think it is fair or acceptable to demand money just to correct an age issue and restore access to my account. I also could not find any clear way to contact Umingle support directly about this situation. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that my age be correctly recognized as 19 so that I can use the platform normally again. I would like this matter to be reviewed urgently and my access reinstated.
