Umingle Banned My Account Because I Entered the Wrong Age by Mistake

I had an account on umingle.com and about one to two weeks ago I was banned from the platform. When I tried to log in, a message appeared on the screen informing me that I was under 18 and therefore banned. At the time of creating my account, I mistakenly entered my age as 17 because someone had told me “18–1,” and I misunderstood and wrote 17 instead of my real age. I would like to state clearly that I am currently 19 years old and therefore over 18. The ban appears to be based on the incorrect age I entered, not on my real age. I have not been able to use my account since this happened and I have not yet been able to reach support through any other channel. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed and that my account be unbanned based on my actual age of 19, so that I can continue using umingle.com. If necessary, I am ready to provide any proof of age or identity that you may require.
