Umingle Wrongly Banned My 19-Year-Old Account for Being Under 18
I have an Umingle account registered with the email address ihsnm***@gmail.com and my Umingle ID is 149a5***. On the night of the 10th I suddenly could no longer use my account and, when I tried to log in, I was shown a message that my account was banned for being under 18, and that I am “banned” and need to make a payment to remove the ban. This ban is not correct because I am already 19 years old and therefore meet the age requirement to use the application. I was not given any clear explanation or official age‑verification option before the ban was applied, and instead I am faced with a payment request to remove the ban, which I find unfair and inappropriate. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed, my real age as 19 be taken into account, and the under‑18 ban and any related payment requirement be removed so I can use my account again without being asked to pay.
