Umingle “Gender Searching” Ban Applied by Mistake

While using my Umingle account, I was suddenly disconnected from the site. When I restarted Umingle to reconnect, I saw that my account had been banned. The ban screen shows “Gender Searching” as the reason, but I did not engage in gender searching or any behavior that would violate the rules. On the same screen, it says that I have to pay 149 PHP to remove the ban. I do not want to pay any amount because I did not do anything wrong and there is no clear explanation of a real violation. I request that my account be reviewed carefully and that this incorrect “Gender Searching” ban be removed so that I can continue to use Umingle without being forced to pay.
