Umingle Forced ID Verification for Adult User – Unban Request

I have been using the Umingle video chat site as an adult user and about a week ago I was suddenly banned due to an age verification request. My ban ID on the site is D36a0446. The site now shows an “Age Verification Required” screen and claims I am a minor, even though I am 20 years old and clearly over 18. I am very uncomfortable with being forced to upload my ID to a third‑party system just to prove my age. I do not trust sharing such sensitive personal information like my identity document with this platform or any external provider, and I do not think access to the site should depend on sending a copy of my ID. Because of this situation my account is effectively banned and I cannot use the service to talk to my friends anymore, even though I have done nothing wrong and have always used the site as an adult. The ban feels completely unreasonable and unfair. I request that my ban be lifted and my access to the Umingle video chat site be restored without requiring me to upload my ID, or that a safer and more privacy‑friendly alternative age verification method be offered. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was treated as a minor and restricted in this way.
