I am a user of the Umingle live chat platform, and three days ago my account was banned after I mentioned an age under 18 during a conversation, even though my real age is actually 20 years old.
Because of this ban, I can no longer access or use the Umingle platform. I would like to clearly explain that my true age is 20, and I am fully willing to provide valid proof of age if necessary, including an official identification document, so that the Umingle team can properly verify my age information.
The situation appears to have happened because of a misunderstanding during the conversation, and I never intended to violate the platform’s rules or policies. I respectfully ask that my account be reviewed again based on my real age information and that the ban placed on my account be removed.
