Umingle Demands $9.99 "Instant Unban" Fee Following Automated Restriction

I am writing about an unfair ban applied to my Umingle account and the instant unban fee being requested from me. A short time ago I was banned right after I wrote “m16” in the chat because another user told me to type it. After this message, my account was blocked and a screen appeared saying “You are banned” with reason “Under 18” and a Ban ID, and it asked me to pay 9.99 for an “instant unban”. I am over 18 and I did not receive any proper age verification step or clear explanation about this decision, only this payment request to remove the ban. Until this incident I had never made any payments or purchases on Umingle. I find it unacceptable that my account is banned in this way and that a payment is demanded from me in order to use my account again. I request that my account be immediately reactivated without any payment, that the ban and the “instant unban 9.99” request be removed, and that a clear explanation be provided about why this decision was taken.
