Fix My Umingle Ban Without Payment

I have been using the Umingle website with a regular account, and on August 21 at around 12:00 PM I was suddenly banned right after another user on a call asked me to type “M15” in the chat. I followed this instruction, and immediately afterward I was banned from joining calls. Currently I can still log into my account, but I am unable to join any calls. The system shows a “You are banned” message with a Ban ID of 8e1b6cf3 and the stated reason “Under 18,” together with an option for an instant unban in exchange for a payment of 149. I was not given any prior warning or any clear explanation as to why I was banned, and I was not informed that typing “M15” or anything similar in the chat could violate any policy. I am an adult, so the stated reason “Under 18” does not reflect my real situation. On August 24 I contacted Umingle support about this issue but did not receive any response or explanation. I find it unfair that I have been banned without a proper reason and that I am being asked to pay to remove the ban, especially when I only typed what another user asked and had no indication that this would be treated as a violation. I request that my ban be reviewed and removed without any payment requirement, that my access to calls on the web version of Umingle be fully restored, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of what caused this issue so that I can avoid any similar problems in the future.
