Umingle Account Banned After Typing “M16” in Chat

I am a 19‑year‑old user of Umingle and my account was suddenly banned right after I typed “m16” in the chat. Another user online had told me to type this, and as soon as I sent the message my account was blocked within minutes. Until this incident I had never received any warnings, restrictions, or penalties on my account. I did not intend to violate any rules or cause harm; I simply followed what another user suggested without knowing it could trigger an automatic ban. I believe this ban is unfair and that it does not reflect my usual behaviour on the platform. I kindly request that my Umingle account be re‑examined, the ban lifted, my access restored, and any negative record related to this incident removed from my account history. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reviewed as a misunderstanding and my account reactivated as soon as possible.
