Umingle Demands ₱149 Fee to Lift False Underage Ban

I have been permanently banned from Umingle while using the app on my iPhone, and I believe this decision is unfair. About two days ago, I wrote “M16” in the chat because my own stream chat dared me to say it. I did not understand what it meant or that it might violate any rules or be considered harmful content. After this, my account was suddenly banned and when I try to access Umingle, I only see a “You are banned – Under 18” message and an “Instant unban” option that asks for 149 Philippine pesos. I am not under 18, and I find it very concerning that I am permanently banned for a single word I did not know the meaning of, and that I am being asked to pay money to get unbanned. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the permanent ban be lifted, and my access to Umingle be restored without requiring any payment, as I did not intend to break the rules and was only following a harmless dare from my chat.
