My Umingle dating profile has just been banned with the reason shown as “Under 18” and a Ban ID of 121e1e62, even though I am 19 years old. On the ban screen, Umingle is also offering an “Instant Unban” option for ₹99, asking for payment along with my details. I am an adult user and I have my college ID as proof of my age, and I am willing to provide this for verification. I find it unfair that my account has been blocked as underage and that I am being asked to pay in order to restore access. I request that my age be properly verified using my college ID, that my account be unbanned without any payment, and that my access to the Umingle dating profile be fully restored as soon as possible.
