Umingle Account Banned as Under 18 by Mistake

I recently tried to register on the Umingle website and accidentally entered my age as 17 instead of 18. As a result, my account was immediately banned with the reason stated as “Under 18” and I was shown a “You are banned” screen with a Ban ID of 6c8fa519 and an offer for “Instant Unban” for ₹99. I am actually 18 and this was simply a typing mistake during registration. I have not used the platform while underage; I only entered the wrong number once and the system instantly treated me as under 18 and banned my account. I request that my account ban be removed without any payment and that my age information be corrected to 18. I also ask that this “Instant Unban” against payment not be imposed in cases of obvious input error like mine, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible.
