Umingle Under 18 Ban – Age Verification Request

Hello, My account on Umingle has been banned with Ban ID 2b80d857 and the reason shown is “Under 18”. I am actually over 18 years old and I can prove this with my Aadhaar card. The ban page is asking me to pay 99 rupees for “Instant Unban”, but the reason for the ban is not correct, so I do not think I should have to pay to fix this. Please review my account, verify my age using my Aadhaar card or any other document you need, and remove the ban and restore my access without any charge. Thank you.
